When you do, add 1 Dragon-Type monster from your Graveyard to your hand. Neither player can Special Summon monsters. If this face-up card would be sent from the field to the Graveyard, it returns to the top of the owner's Deck, insteadIf you have exactly 3 Dragon-Type monsters in your Graveyard, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. ragnarok1945 Posted April 2, 2010 Report Share Posted April 2, 2010 the name isn't too creative I'm unsure if you need specific summoning requirements, but whatever neither player to Special Summon at all while this card is on the field might get a bit Oped, nice way to pwn Judgment Dragon though As for the last effect, I'd just return it to the owner's Deck, then have the Deck reshuffled 8/10 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
