I'd add another, just for originality purposes, and tidy up the OCG: "If your opponent has more monsters on his/her side of the field controls more monster than you do, this card can attack while in Defence Position. If this card attacks declares an attack while in Defence Position, apply the ATK of this card for damage calculation." I'm not sure about the wording of the first effect.
