So I tried a stock this time, tired of making sucky back grounds after all :P -- 3 Versions

Suddenly, a sucky back ground doesn't sound so bad any more 0_.

Yes, VERY bad, I did much better with renders. Eh, C&C anyway.

Thee effects don't flow too well, so they come off as messy.

I figured as much. Do you know where I can get rendered C4Ds; the one I used had a black back ground, and that's why it's so dark.

The black background ones are called effect c4ds. Frankly, they're more interesting to use than normal c4ds, at least for me. You use them by setting the layer style to lighten or linear dodge. Depending on the style your going for other layer styles work too.

 

You can get the rendered ones in the planet renders render gallery though, to name just one place.

I don't like the second version. The blue and orange color scheme you had going in the first actually had some potential.

EDIT:

Added a V3 and used different styles for each. Not just editing the first like I usually do. I still like the second best though :/

I like v3. But yeah... flow. Not as bad on 3 though.

Thanks. The difference with V3 is a colored C4D, that and another brush, also colored.
