Its a good card and good idea, and I can't see any OCG errors as of now, but the last effect needs a little editing.

Do something along the lines of paying life points per level, instead of just tribute. Then, no matter what card you pull out, its either 800 or 1600 lp, and thats for any card. Thats like instant Yubel or a trump of anything. Do something like 500 lp for each level it is above 4.

really like it. take damage makes it balanced but if it was real, it'd get limited to 1 or something.
