As long as this card remains face-up on the field, the field is treated as "Umi" (however, there is no increasing or decreasing of ATK/DEF due to "Umi"'s effect). If there is an active Spell Field Card on the field, destroy it unless it is "Umi". As long as "Umi" is on the field, your opponent cannot play Spells.

other than that though the OCG is just fine

 

should be well balanced, it's just the loss of spells for a while anyway
