♠Synthetic Archetype♠

[align=center]This is my first archetype. The monsters in it are called Synthetic. They are all LIGHT Machine-Type monsters that revolve around placing Synthetic Counters on Spell Cards. Being LIGHT monsters, this archetype is terrible against Ally monsters. Each Spell Card in this set are Synthetic friendly and support counters. I hope you enjoy.

Synthetic Halo

LIGHT / MACHINE

Once per turn, you can pay Life Points in multiples of 100 to have this card gain that same amount of ATK until the End Phase of that turn (max. 900). When this card attacks, you can discard 2 Spell Cards from your hand to select 1 Spell Card in your opponent's Graveyard to have this card's effect treated as the selected card's effect. When this card is destroyed by battle, you can remove it from play to place 1 Synthetic Counter on 1 face-up Spell Card you control.

Once per turn, during your End Phase, you can place a number of Synthetic Counters on 1 Spell Card you control equal to the number of "Synthetic" monsters you control. This card cannot be selected as the target of a Spell Card you control. While this card is face-up on the field, negate the activation of card effects that target face-up Continuous Spell Cards you control.

COUNTER / TRAP

Activate this card when your opponent declares an attack. Remove 3 Synthetic Counters from anywhere on the field to negate the attack. If this card would be negated, Set this card face-down again instead of sending it to the Graveyard.

Synthetic Thread Cannon

CONTINUOUS / SPELL

Once per turn, you can remove up to 4 Synthetic Counters from this card to inflict damage to your opponent for each Synthetic Counter removed x200. When this card is destroyed, draw 1 card.

Synthetic Locust

LIGHT / MACHINE

When this card is Summoned, this card's ATK becomes equal to the number of Synthetic Counters on the field at that time x400. Each time this card destroys a monster, place 1 Synthetic Counter on 1 face-up Spell Card you control. When this card is destroyed by battle, you can remove all Synthetic Counters on the field to destroy all monsters your opponent controls. You cannot place Synthetic Counters during your next turn.

When this card is Summoned, you can add 1 "Synthetic Thread Cannon" from your Deck to your hand. Once per turn, place 1 Synthetic Counter on 1 "Synthetic Thread Cannon" you control. If this card is selected as an attack target, remove all Synthetic Counters from all "Synthetic Thread Counters" on the field.

1 "Synthetic" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

When this card is Summoned, place 3 Synthetic Counters on this card. Once per turn, move 1 Synthetic Counter from this card to a face-up Spell Card you control. This card loses 300 ATK for each Synthetic Counter on it. When this card has no Synthetic Counters, this card cannot be destroyed by card effects. If this is the only card you control while your opponent controls 2 or more monsters, this card can attack directly.

Array Deflection

TRAP CARD

Activate this card when your opponent activates a Spell, Trap, or Monster Card effect. Negate the activation and destroy that card. Both player's draw 1 card. After activation, you can remove this card from play instead of sending it to the Graveyard, to remove 3 Synthetic Counters from anywhere on the field and skip your opponent's next Draw Phase.

Synthetic Launcher

LIGHT / MACHINE

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 3 Synthetic Counters from anywhere on the field. When this card is face-up on the field, "Synthetic" monsters cannot be selected as the target of card effects your opponent controls. When this card is removed from the field for the Synchro Summon of a "Synthetic" monster, your opponent takes damage equal to the number of Synthetic Counters on the field x100.

can't see anything wrong in the OCG, so that is great for a new member

 

for Thread Cannon, "Once per turn, you can remove up to 4 Synthetic Counters from this card to inflict damage to your opponent for each Synthetic Counter removed x200. When this card is destroyed, draw 1 card." you never said anything about this card even having the effect to gain counters
