The pic is getting to be drastically over-used, you didn't give the Spirit monster conditions and if you're making a Level 8 Effect monster, it probably needs at least 1 long continuous effect. 2/10, sorry mate. If you want to keep it at such a high level and not raise its attack then try something like this: "If this card is the only card in your hand and you have no monsters on the field, you can Special Summon this card from your hand in face-up Defense Position.
