kuriboh fan Posted March 31, 2010 Author Report Share Posted March 31, 2010 well yeah i must agree to that thats why he can use hyper beam, most pokemon can't use that. the sacrifice part is supposed to be the recharge part. even less yugioh cards can use hyper beam that you must agree to.the pyro and aqua part is how he can defeat kyogre and groudon. kuriboh fan Posted March 31, 2010 Author Report Share Posted March 31, 2010 these are the legendaries that can learn hyper beam: Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Mewtwo, Mew, Raikou, Entei, Suicune, Lugia, Ho-oh, Celebi, Regirock, Regice, Registeel, Latias, Latios, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Deoxys, Uxie, Azelf, Mesprit, Dialga, Palkia, Heatran, Regigigas, Giratina, Manaphy, Cresselia, Darkrai, Shaymin, Arceus the only one that can't is phione.
