Tabris
And thus our world deascends just a little bit further into the depthsheights of depravitycommon sense. Now' date=' to fix Medicare...[hr']I'm actually opposed to cigarettes because the secondhand smoke effect means that these people are not just hurting themselves. Cyber Altair
I agree that legalization reduces crime rates. It's just sad that we have to allow such a worthless drug to be used just to stop people from screwing things up. There should be a world where we don't need any laws regarding it' date=' because the people are intelligent enough to forsake it of their own free will. Recreational (ab)users of it are pathetic, worthless human beings.[/quote'] I become a worthless piece of sheet because I relieve stress in a way that does not appeal to you? funk me silly. I couldn't care less how much it helps people. Anyone who doesn't think this sentence is a good reason to stop reading should think again. This sentence alone shows an absurd self-centric worldview in which one person's moral standards should dictate the legality of actions that others can take that cannot possibly harm anyone with the possible exception of the action's taker himself or herself. It is ludicrous. The thing is though Crabs' date=' my own vanity with what doing good and keeping people alive is so great I simply could not act on my hatred for it. If I did, I'd be the first one I'd kill preventing said massacre I talk so much about. It's intentionally all talk, to express how deep it goes. But anyone who knows me, knows that my first rule of life is [b']"Harm unto oneself before harm unto another"[/b]. It's quite literally impossible for me to act on my hate. And leaves it to be all talk as a way of venting out my deep and ingrained hatred for it; due to how it ruined my family and home island. Father Wolf knows this best. And btw, typo I meant to say "How much people claim it helps them". Because using the word "unto" is like 3 times cooler.

Projectile Vomiting
K. This thread sucks ass. Hard. Not because of the topic creator, but because of the posters. Except for a few. But w/e. No offense, but what kind of 'strict moral code' allows you to have some kind of funked up dog fetish? Seriously, lassie. Maybe you should go eat a silver bullet if you have THAT much of a problem with people who smoke marijuana. All you've done is bash people who smoke it with absolutely no supportive argument. Nice job, you suck.Oh yeah, just to piss a few more people off, Marijuana doesn't kill braincells. It actually has very few negative effects. However, it does stimulate creativity and it IS a natural stress-reliever. The only REALLY negative effect of Marijuana is the fact that it kills people because retards like yourselves want to keep it illegal. Derp. Also you just admitted that you're an user of said drug, thus your statement may be biased, or, do you think you're that special so you can't become addicted to it?, after all it affects memory as well. Show me a page that says scientific research says that. Also, marijuana ISN'T addictive physically. It MAY be addictive mentally, depending on person, but by that logic we should illegalize all of the things people enjoy to save them from filthy habits. And it does not affect memory, according to the same scientific research you claim supports your side. Oh, and to end this argument, here: Is marijuana Addictive? "Most people who smoke marijuana smoke it only occasionally. A small minority of Americans - less than 1 percent - smoke marijuana on a daily basis. An even smaller minority develop a dependence on marijuana. Some people who smoke marijuana heavily and frequently stop without difficulty. Others seek help from drug treatment professionals. Marijuana does not cause physical dependence. If people experience withdrawal symptoms at all, they are remarkably mild. * United States. Dept. of Health and Human Services. June 24 2005. * Johnson, L.D., et al. “National Survey Results on Drug Use from the Monitoring the Future Study, 1975-1994, Volume II: College Students and Young Adults.” Rockville, MD: U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, 1996. * Kandel, D.B., et al. “Prevalence and demographic correlates of symptoms of dependence on cigarettes, alcohol, marijuana and cocaine in the U.S. population.” Drug and Alcohol Dependence 44 (1997):11-29. * Stephens, R.S., et al. “Adult marijuana users seeking treatment.” Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology 61 (1993): 1100-1104." Does marijuana kill braincells? None of the medical tests currently used to detect brain damage in humans have found harm from marijuana, even from long term high-dose use. An early study reported brain damage in rhesus monkeys after six months exposure to high concentrations of marijuana smoke. In a recent, more carefully conducted study, researchers found no evidence of brain abnormality in monkeys that were forced to inhale the equivalent of four to five marijuana cigarettes every day for a year. The claim that marijuana kills brain cells is based on a speculative report dating back a quarter of a century that has never been supported by any scientific study. * Heath, R.G., et al. “Cannabis Sativa: Effects on Brain Function and Ultrastructure in Rhesus Monkeys.” Biological Psychiatry 15 (1980): 657-690. * Ali, S.F., et al. “Chronic Marijuana Smoke Exposure in the Rhesus Monkey IV: Neurochemical Effects and Comparison to Acute and Chronic Exposure to Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) in Rats.” Pharmacology Biochemistry and Behavior 40 (1991): 677-82. Does marijuana impair memory and cognition? Marijuana produces immediate, temporary changes in thoughts, perceptions, and information processing. The cognitive process most clearly affected by marijuana is short-term memory. In laboratory studies, subjects under the influence of marijuana have no trouble remembering things they learned previously. However, they display diminished capacity to learn and recall new information. This diminishment only lasts for the duration of the intoxication. There is no convincing evidence that heavy long-term marijuana use permanently impairs memory or other cognitive functions. * Wetzel, C.D. et al., “Remote Memory During Marijuana Intoxication,” Psychopharmacology 76 (1982): 278-81. * Deadwyler, S.A. et al., “The Effects of Delta-9-THC on Mechanisms of Learning and Memory.” Neurobiology of Drug Abuse: Learning and Memory. JesusofChaos™
If i wanted legal weed id go to amsterdam, tbh its pretty much legal at university the police and security do nothing about it. Also at people wanting to ban cigarettes i smoke and it is my choice to smoke, i do it when outside therefore the 2nd hand smoke effects are small as the smoke diffuses away quickly.
