I've got a few questions.

1. If I activate Blaze Accelerator from my hand at Main Phase 1 and enter my battle phase and attack with a monster, am I still able to activate Blaze Accelerator during Main Phase 2 because it does not state "vice-versa".

 

2. For Honest/Blackwing - Kalut the Moon Shadow, does their effect activate if Macros/Dimesional Fissure is on the field?

 

3.Are tokens treated as Normal Monsters? If so, can I activate Justi Break when my opponent selects one of the tokens as an attack target?

For #1, the reason you can't do attack --> tribute is that doing so means you have tributed and declared an attack in the same turn, which Blaze Accelerator does not permit.

 

For #2, the reason they can't be used is that their abilities have an activation requirement - being sent to the graveyard - that cannot be fulfilled, so they cannot be activated.
