♫♪GoldenBoy♪♫
[align=center][spoiler=Monster Cards]While you control no Tuner monster(s) (except if Summoned by this cards effect), increase this cards Level for every non-Tuner monster in your hand. Once per turn, you can pay 500 Life Points to Special Summon 1 random Tuner monster in your Deck. If your opponent controls a monster and you control no monsters, you can Normal Summon or Set this card without Tributing. As long as you control this face-up Defense Position monster, all the monsters your opponent controls can only attack this card. While your opponent controls only 1 monster and his/her Life Points are greater than yours, this card can attack your opponent directly. Once per turn, you can equip this card to a monster you control, OR unequip it to Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position. Increase the equipped monster ATK and DEF by 500. Once per turn, while equipped to a monster by this effect, you can decrease the equipped monster's ATK by 1000 and destroy 1 Set Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls. (A monster can only by equipped with 1 Union Monster at a time.) If the equipped monster would be destroyed, destroy this card instead. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing form play 2 Level 5 or higher "Havoc" monsters in your Graveyard. Once per turn, you can return 1 removed from play card to your Deck. If you activate this effect, your opponent cannot declare an attack during his next Battle Phase. If you do not activate this effect destroy this card and decrease your Life Points by half of this card's original ATK. As long as you control 2 or less "Havoc" monsters you can Special Summon 1 "Havoc" Tuner monster from your hand. [spoiler=Synchro Monster]1 "Havoc" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monster(s)When this card is Synchro Summoned draw 1 card. If this card is removed from the field by card effect, Special Summon 1 of the Synchro Material Monsters used to Summon this card. [spoiler=Spell Cards]You can pay 800 Life Points to have 1 face-up Tuner monster you control gain or lose however many Levels you choose. Activate only when your opponent Synchro Summons a monster. Pay 1000 Life Points to destroy the Summoned monster. Remove from play 1 Tuner monster and 1 non-Tuner monster whose Levels equals the monster destroyed by this effect. Special Summon 1 Synchro Monster regardless of Summoning requirements from your Extra Deck whose Level equals the monster's removed by card effect. (The summoned monster's effect is negated) [spoiler=Trap Cards]Activate only when your opponent declares an attack. Discard up to 5 cards in your hand. Your opponent must discard cards equal to the number of cards you discarded. If he/she cannot discard an equal amount, inflict damage to his/her Life Points equal to the difference in cards discarded x500. [spoiler=Set Specials]1 LIGHT Tuner + 1 or more DARK non-Tuner monster(s)When this monster is Synchro Summoned add 1 Level 3 or lower DARK OR 1 Level 3 or lower LIGHT monster in your Deck to your hand. Once per turn, you can discard 1 LIGHT or DARK monster to inflict damage to your opponent equal to a fourth of the discarded monster's original ATK. ragnarok1945
ever should be every I don't think you need the "random" in the text more level changing tuners for easier synchro summoning, nothing too new but it's a balanced effect, so I'll give you 9.2/

Darj
Now this is an interesting card. I like how this card depends of chance: You cannot know which monster will it Summon from your Deck and, therefore, you cannot know which Synchros will you be able to Summon with this card. The level if this card it's not determined as well, but is a bit more manipulable. This card may let you summon a monster at the low cost of 500 LP, but it's a fair trade considering that you won't know which Syncrho will you bring until the Tuner is summoned. However, if you fill your Deck with Tuners with the same level, you will have more control over this card.

Darj
Well, I guess you could take out all Tuners in your Deck, shuffle them face-down and then add one of them to your hand.
