If you hadn't noticed, no monster that attacks directly has more than 1000 ATK; some of them get higher than 1000 ATK, but they don't start with 1000.

This card has more than 1000 ATK, so we could say it breaks that hidden "rule". You may want to lower the ATK; 900 would be acceptable.

 

The card is good, but you could make it a Tuner to give him more uses.

By saying he doesn't care about the image or OCG, he's implying he expects someone to mention them, otherwise.

Oh yes, the Immortals. But we both know they are an exception. With so many restrictions, they deserve the ability of attacking directly.

Also, I did my research and found out that some Elecs break this "rule" as well.

It seems 1300 ATK was acceptable after all, but with the Inferno Reckless combo I bet Daily News would have reduced the ATK anyways.
