That's actually... Not terrible...

Change it to 100 ATK, though, and make it once per turn.

This card is pretty balanced for the most part, but you should only make it for one card, or one turn, or until the next standby phase, or the Special Summoned card is destroyed next turn or something like that.

This is a pretty good and balanced card. Although that would mean decreasing its ATK by at least 1400, but since they are Special Summoned I guess it's fine. 9/10

The Special Summoned should really be changed to Normal Summoned, otherwise you can basically OTK if you're lucky enough to draw a handful of big Beasts.

for the last effect, you should have made it any Beast-Type monsters summoned by that effect

 

after all, your first effect supports Beast-Types. Yes I'm sure that was implied, but you still have to say it

 

as for the overall effect, only the 200 atk per level is a bit too much of an atk drain. Make it 100 atk per level instead
