The first one is also a bit op. 700+1800 = 2500, and it's a lvl4 Tuner.

Rescue Dog-pretty cool if you say that he cant be tributed so then he would be used for synchro summoning, which would be good

 

im not going to comment the blackwings card even though its effect is quite good because im the old school duelist

for Rescue Dog, you either negate its effect and keep it on the field, or let it keep its effect and destroy it a turn later

 

having both seems to make it UPed
