jayjack
Majmun Lockdown! This card can easily be summonable from your Graveyard and can still tribute Tokens since it's not considered a Tribute Summon. In addition, you can completely lock down your opponent's summoning capabilities. He/She cannot normal summon and it can negate the special summon on 1 monster (With a small cost). This card is also a great Beast support ^^ Herculean Majmun Euripides EARTH¦ BeastATK / 2700 ¦ DEF / 1800LORE:This card cannot be Summoned (or Set) from your hand. During your Main Phase, if this card exists in your Graveyard, you can Normal Summon it by Tributing 2 monsters. Neither player can Normal Summon monsters from there hands except Beast-Type monsters. Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 monster to can negate the Special Summon of 1 monster and destroy it. This effect cannot be activated if the monster Special Summoned is Level 3 or lower. RedRaptor10
The only problem I see is that if your opponent doesn't have any Beast cards, he won't be able to summon and if he is able to Special Summon, you can just negate it. I'm not sure if this will balance it, but maybe you should make it 2 Tributes to negate a Special Summon? I can see Scapegoats work well with this card. If I were running a Beast deck, I would definately use this card. 9/
Canadian
I like your concept of Normal Summoning from the grave, however if this card gets played, it is so OP'ed that your opponent won't be able to play any monsters. A single card lockdown seems unfair. Yet, everything else about this card is just great.
Luna Lovegood
The fact that you made your card greek does not impress me. This card cannot be Summoned or Set while it is in your Hand. During your Main Phase, if this card is in your Graveyard, you can Normal Summon it by Tributing 2 monsters that you control. Neither player can Normal Summon monsters from there hands except Beast-Type monsters. Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 monster to can negate the Special Summon of 1 monster and destroy it. This effect cannot be activated if the monster Special Summoned is Level 3 or lower. The effect is overpowered, it basically would stop your opponent from summoning unless they ran beats. Don't see much difference, plus it's got some errors Anyway, it's suppose to be that way. It's a lockdown. It prevents your opponent from normal summon and also has capability for negating Special Summon. This card was made to support the unsupported Beast-Type monsters. It's effect is a double-edged sword if you're not using a Beast-Type deck.I'd prefer you rate instead of criticize.

Ok, I'll rate: Balance: Beasts have enough support, this is just way to over powered. Picture: It's pretty good. OCG: meh, some small errors Creativity: Seems like a bunch of effects pilled together. Marginally creative. 5/10 because its way too overpowered. This is a single card lockdown. Those are not supposed to exist. It would earn itself an insta ban. Because having a single, 2350 ATK monster on your side of the field is more oped then being able to have multiple monster, one with 2700 ATK and your opponent not being able to summon. owait

Sander
The truth is, the card is overpowered. Too many easy ways to get it into the Graveyard (yay for Trade-In/Reasoning/Monster Gate and such alike.) You shouldn't be able to lock your opponent down just by 1 card
ragnarok1945
"Neither player can Normal Summon monsters from there hands except Beast-Type monsters." <---is this only as long as this card is on the field? If so it still might be on the OPed end maybe just put a big cost for summoning a non Beast monster 8/
