This card cannot be effected by the effect of Spell, Trap or Monster Effect. Once per turn, you can remove from play (3 or less...whatever) Set Monster Cards on your opponent's side of the field at the cost of 500 of your Life Points. This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing 5 monsters of LV 7 or more". Then it'll be good. Seriously, this card's summon is an instant win. Erase the last effect, that's way too OP'ed.
