Ironically, this card lends itself more towards Castator than Stardust, which serves quite the opposite purpose as Stardust. Solid support...just not so much for the card you were going for.

A level 4 tuner and summoning a level 2 non-tuner on summon. Are we trying to make Brionac even easier to get onto the field? ;)

Actually...

This + Lv 2 monster + quilbolt + this monsters effect = Stardust

 

Remember, it can make itself level 4, and summons a lv 2. Seeing as how it's a synchron, i'd imagine people would run this with quilbolts and other useful stuff like that :D

Ah, silly me. Forgot all about that Quillbolt. I suppose that makes this good for a Stardust.

not likely this will get above the 2000 atk mark anyway, so it should be fine on that

 

a shame you had to negate the lv2 or lower monster's effect PERMANENTLY though, I would have wanted it to regain the effect some time later

 

but whatever, I'll give you the 9.9/10 for its balance

Its OP'ed. If you don't know why, you've never head of Junk Synchron and all of the support it's community has either.

What balance? This card is an instant lvl5 or 6 Synchro, god help in a better deck it's also instant lvl7. WIND for some of the more vague Synchros. And an easily modified Synchron monster. You'd main this in Frogs and Synchron Decks without a sense of hesitation.

 

I mean now that I look at it, it won't cause too much of a problem since it's not from the deck. But still... And negating the effect, Ribbit my child, ribbit. The ATK isn't even important, seeing as this card won't stay on the field past its summon <_<.

 

Ooh and I might wanna point out this part: "When this card is Summoned..." which basically means no matter how you pull it back this card is going to +1 you and then maybe +0 with a better card.

 

Go play the game more. While I don't believe this card is broken enough to cause a problem yet, (god help me if there's a way to have this be an instant lvl8 Synchro too it would). Your comment feels uneducated.

It is as if it is REAL Yugioh card, but it sucks that the Level 2 monsters (Usualy some of the best Effect monsters I have are Level 3 or lower) will not be alte to use its Effects, it will get Trampoled (I probably did not spell it right, idc) but good for this card... I would give it a ten, but giving it a ten will not feel right, also, dont you need a " ' " When you are saying "you can increase this cards" <----- It is the CARD'S Level, whcich in this caes needs a little fix , "card's"

Ya, cept...Junk Synchron says hi. Nobody says he is overpowered. Yet he can be instant Catastor, and many other 5's. Plus, with all the combo's around, such as quilbolt, Junk is instant Catastor, BRD, or Mist Wurm.

It is easily possible for your argument to work on most tuners, aside from the fact that this is WIND.

Well, "it's" and "card's"...the " ' " means ownership. Seeing as how a card cannot own something, they can't use that. I'd assume thats why. Idk tho.

Why are we all discussing Junk Synchron? We know that he's so awesome, he can be a instant Synchro into pretty much anything.

 

As for this, the fact that it's a instaStardust, Brio, or Goyo makes it automatically awesome. And it's ATK gain part is a little like Junk Warrior, which is gooood.

 

This would work in a Synchro Turbo Deck. <3

It's the deck I run...a quick synchro deck.

Every turn, I try to synchro.

It usually works...unless Roaly Oppression is on the field....

I don't really agree how people believe this card is OP'ed, it is very balanced IMO but this card would be very useful.
