What? You can use the PS3 as a blu-ray player' date=' DVD and CD player as well as play songs, movies and see pictures from a flash drive. How does entertainment become a good point for the Wii plus there isn't the huge difference in graphics of multiplatform games between the PS3-360.

The 360 has all of that apart from the Blu-Ray, which I will admit sucks. The Wii's graphics are poor, though I've come to care slightly less when it comes to the Wii now. I think he means entertainment as in playing the console though, rather than media.

When you say the Wii's graphics are poor what do you mean? Poor by this gen levels are poor over all?

I will never say the Wii's graphics are PS3/360 level, but they aren't bad. Look at the new Other M trailer, it looks amazing.

Oh definitely not overall, just at the standard of the current gen- and even then that's not all games. I just think the Wii could have done better, instead of staying at PS2 graphics.

That is a fair point. To me they look good, and that is all that counts, but I can see why people would want more.

Also Icy is another idiot because there is no console which is built around a couple of genre's. Ignore him.

I mentioned controller feel for what the games are preferred for <_<". How is that idiotic? I'd LOVE to see you play SF3:3 on the Xbox 360' date=' then on the Ps3 and tell me you don't feel a drastic difference.

Just because the D-pads suck for fighting games doesn't mean that shooters just don't work on the PS3 or role playing games don't work on the 360.

Nor am I. But I am saying that a controller can have a serious impact on gameplay, and it does factor into what games you end up playing. I outlined what controllers and genre's are more effectively built to a system based on the controller -_-"...

And yes Shooters do work on the Ps3, but not as well as on the 360. RPG's do work on the 360, but not as natural as on the Ps3.

The Wii's graphics are lacking, but it isn't early-NES quality. It's not like you are struggling to figure out what an object looks like, or are unsure of something graphically.

The Wii's games are more for kids while the 360 and PS3 has more grown-up games.

I don't agree at all. But that may be because I don't think a "shooter game" or something along those lines are "grown-up" games. I'm 16 years old, anything but a kid, and I find every game I own for the Wii enjoyable. It's different playing styles, not different ages being targeted.

Just a list of awesome PS3 games:

Little Big Planet (awesome thing to play when your friends come over or if you're just looking for something really customizable)

Killzone 2 (best graphics/shooter on PS3)

God of War 3 (awesome narrative, and plot)

3D Dot Game Heroes (on-par or better then Zelda)

Gran Turismo 5 (best racing game, track building, awesome graphics, realistic psychics engine, etc)

Heavy Rain (awesome narrative, gripping storyline, not linear)

The Last Guardian (not much info)

ModNation Racers (basically the same thing as Little Big Planet but with racing)

The Agency (Featuring cooperative and competitive play, The Agency is designed to provide instant action and long-term strategy for all fans of espionage, intrigue, and explosive gameplay.)

DC Universe Online (The first project out of Sony Online's Austin studio, this action-based MMO explores the various worlds of DC Comics' superheroes and villains. Key collaborators include comic veterans Jim Lee (who serves as the game's Executive Creative Director), Ale Garza, Carlos D'Anda, and Scott Iwahashi, in addition to EverQuest developers, Chris Cao and Shawn Lord.)

Final Fantasy XIV (A next-generation MMO by acclaimed studio Square Enix by Final Fantasy XI producer Hiromichi Tanaka, this is the second MMO set in the Final Fantasy universe.A next-generation MMO by acclaimed studio Square Enix by Final Fantasy XI producer Hiromichi Tanaka, this is the second MMO set in the Final Fantasy universe)

I disagree entirely. In fact, I prefer playing Oblivion and Fallout 3 on my 360 to the PS3.

ITT: Natural Things don't have exceptions. I wont even touch Oblivion for the Ps3, I know it's a 360 game.

Fallout... Seems too post apocalyptic but now that I saw the screenies gonna have to try xD.

Lol at Oblivion, it's quite a good game really, I just hated the Oblivion gates.

And it's definitely post apocalyptic... in fact, that's the whole idea. It's an amazing game though, gotta have Broken Steel for when you complete the main storyline though (main storyline is actually quite short, I completed it in a couple of days, luckily there's hundreds of side quests and other stuff to do xD).
