All I can say is EPIC WIN. Nice combo, focus sash + flail and endeavor + quick attack (I couldn't dream of being creative enough to think of those, sad, I know...)

You would need a baton passer fo the Magikarp.

If he just had a Groudon, he would've been faster since rain would've stopped.

Priority moves would've stopped it, too.
