some of your pics need backgrounds... some of your cards need effects (too many vanilla cards). Not many people like fake types, but i don't care (just a warning).You didn't make the cards needed to summon ultimate blastoise (which makes no sense at all). You have a lot of OCG errors (Official Card Grammar) and you need to have more flavorful text on your vanillas (cards with no effects). the cards aren't THAT bad but I'm just trying to help you out (I have a friend who helped me out). i would give them a 3.5/10. Just fix the pics and OCG mainly.

I agree with the people above me. You also need to rebalance them. No lvl 5 monster should have 700 ATK unless it has an amazing effect.

 

So, 6/10

 

Just sit down, and spend some time balancing them, look around the site, expecially the realistic section for some ideas on how to balance.

 

All in all, well done for a first try.
