Lore:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or set. This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of "Star jump gate". When this card destroys a monster by battle, inflict 500 damage to your opponent. Once per turn you can remove one Synchro monster in your Graveyard from play to destroy all Spell and Trap cards on the field. If this card is destroyed, you can Special Summon one Fusion or Ritual monster from your Graveyard.

I think its a little OP, even for a Level 13 card. And it isn't really hard to Summon 1 Synchro and 1 Fusion monster. So I will give you a... 7/10. Since the card doesn't look like a Yugiohs one.

That is becuase the 13 stars did not fit on any other card format, i had to use MSE.
