This card's name is treated as "Magical Scientist". Pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon 1 level 6 or lower Synchro or Fusion Monster to face-up Attack or Defence Position from your Extra Deck until the End Phase. The Synchro or Fusion Monster cannot Attack your opponent and cannot be Tributed. Pay 500 Life Points to return the Synchro or Fusion Monster to your Extra Deck. Half the ATK and DEF of the Synchro or Fusion Monster while you have 4000 or more Life Points.

I wrote this whole effect without looking at Magical Scientist, hope I got the effect right :S

The fact you added "Cannot be tributed" makes me want to marry you. The OG magical scientist with a level 2 tuner could win in 1 turn because it didn't have that limitation.

 

I'm confused as to "attack your opponent". Does that mean attack at all? or just directly? Please specify.

Have you seen that it doesn't have a limit? o.O You can summon Brionac :3 Use it's effect and then return it to the Extra Deck for it to not be destroyed and if you want you can Summon other o.O
