If you were smart you'd get the card off your opponent at the end of the duel if it is still in their deck. Obviously you aren't that smart.

Or simply add a clause saying that it's sent to your Graveyard after activation.

They could draw it and pretend they don't have it and you would never know unless you used Trap Stackshoot or something

Simple fix. Add this card to your opponent's Deck face-up. Shuffle the Deck. When your opponent draws this card, send it is send to the Graveyard and the player that drew card face-up loses 400 life points for every card in that player's hand.

 

A suggestion, but not much.
