This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your hand, Deck or Graveyard when a face-up "Lady Jirai Gumo" is destroyed by your opponent's card effect. When you declare an attack with this card, declare the type of card on the top of your Deck, if you are right, add that card to your hand and attack normally with this card. If wrong, send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard and this card cannot attack this turn.

 

 

most of you have seen this one:

 

 

When you declare an attack with this card, toss a coin and call it. If you call it right, attack normally. If you call it wrong, roll a dice and declare a number. If you call it right, lose half of your Life Points and attack your opponent directly. If the number you declare is wrong, this card cannot attack this turn.[/align]

Both are OP'd. The first can be summoned from almost anywhere pretty easily, and it also has very high ATK. I like its other effect though. The second for sheer ATK strength.

There's not much else to say.

 

1st one:

-1.5 for OP'dness

-1.5 for OCG errors

Total = 7/10

 

2nd one:

-1 for OP'dness

-1 for OCG errors

Total = 8/10

Really need to add a "this monster's effect cannot be negated" line to both of them. They're just begging for Skill Drain abuse as is.

they're both fine as long as Skill Drain isn't used

 

personally though I wish you allowed Berserk to attack directly as well (of course by adding a burn effect to yourself in that)
