I've seen this pic in the photobucket and I liked it so much that now I'm doing a new Synchro monster.

 

 

Lore:

1 Tuner + 1 or more Non-Tuner monsters.

During your opponent's Battle Phase you can pay 1000 Life Points to halve the original ATK of all monsters your opponent control until the End Phase.

 

Rate or Hate. You chooses.

Generic yet decent. Another Level 8 dragon to add to the collection. I'd like it more if it were Level 7. I'd also crop out the sig if you were able to.

Canadian I have made him level 8 because I think he is too powerful. But I'm not good at editing the card pic.

guess it doesn't need a drawback given it's a synchro, so I'll give this one a 9.3/10
