FIFruler
The Refugee Deck is all about the bringing back your lost comrades from your Graveyard by summoning another one. Preventing you from having too many monsters in the grave. The Other Eternal Beings are here: http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/thread-194564.html Lore: There can only be 1 face-up "Eternal Being" monster on the field. If there is no face-up "Dark Castle: Resting Place of the Eternal Beings" on the field, destroy this card. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 3 "Refugee" monster on your field. This card gains 500 ATK and DEF for each "Refugee" monster on your field. During battle between this attacking card and a Defense Position monster whose DEF is lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent. [spoiler=Background and Information]BackgroundThe Refugee Deck belongs to a muscular man, Bruno, who lost his home and city during a terrorist bombing. He and a few selected others survived but they were all mutated according to where they were at the time. Then, when he was going to give up, Endless met him and promised him a home for his refugees as long as he works for him. The Refugees were turned into cards and he would protect them from the harm that anyone brings to them. StrengthsThe Refugee Deck keeps the monsters from staying in the Graveyard. Almost all of the Refugee monsters revive a fallen Refugee when it is summoned. Monsters such as "Refugee From the Frozen Medical Hospital" helps by preventing a monster from attack while "Refugee From the Destroyed Fire House" and "Refugee From the Wrecked Elementary School" help summon more Refugee monsters.WeaknessesThe effects of the Refugee monsters causes you too have too much cards in your hand. This card prevent to from having the upper hand if all the cards in your hand are just monsters.
