This monster is not effected by the effects of Spells, Traps, and Effect Monsters.

This is extremely over powered, please give it some form of Summoning condition. Also, you should either make it a Shadow-Type, or Fiend-Type and state it is also treated as the other in its effects. I like the idea though, good luck in making more Shadow-Types.

Interesting card, but it is quite a bit over powered.

 

I would add an effect such as sacrificing DARK monsters to summon it...

I do like DARK type though, I have a whole deck of them :)

This card is overpowered and almost impossible to destroy. Making it weaker (ATK/DEFwise) and NOT a level 12 would make it 6/10 for me.
