This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned when "Toon World" is on your side the field by removing from play 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK Level 6 or higher monsters from your Graveyard from play. This card cannot attack in the turn that it is summoned. Unless you pay 500 Life Points, this monster cannot attack. When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. Whenever a card is sent to the Graveyard inflict 500 points of damage to your opponent`s Life Points. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard send all cards and the field and in both player's hands to the Graveyard.

Shining Toon Castle:

Field = field

Special summon = Special Summon

that is Level 4 = a Level 4 "Toon" monster

Image has a white outline. Fix it. Overall, I like the card.

Love the image, and Deviant while I'm at it. Pretty Balanced card makes me happy. Great work on bringing CED to a Toon form.

Shining Toon Castle is fair enough, balanced out and the image is OK, the border is hard to notice.

 

TCEDEotE is balanced out, yet it's still epic overkill! The effects have fair enough requirements, but they are still pretty powerful. Love the image, I've never found it on Deviantart.

He/she got it from my photobucket, I suppose.

 

Toon castle would be better as a Field Spell, except if you want to have more than one on the field at the same time, but the cost would be too high for that...

if you want to know then here it is

You can Special Summon this monster from your hand, but Tributes are required for monsters Level 5 or more. This card cannot attack in the same turn it is Summoned. Unless you pay 500 Life Points, this monster cannot attack. When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly, If a face-up Toon Monster is on your opponent's side of the field, you must select the Toon Monster as an attack target.You can send any monster with "Toon" in their name to the Graveyard for "Toon Skull Knight" to attack without the conditions.
