I think there should be a slight limit on what level you need to be like a 3 star or sumtin cuz theres to many shops lately. (Example: A freshman on the sight who makes the greatest banners ever and wants to make a shop so other people can see his work. He can't open the shop because of a limit.) I'd say leave it alone. I think the forum shouldn't be restricted to members just because, they haven't been a member as long as other people. That's not fair at all. Who cares if there are lots of shop.
