Monster line-up is fine. Spells and traps need a little work, how about:

 

-2 Twister (it is bad, maybe side it against stuff with a lot of continuous cards like macro and CBs)

+2 Smashing

-2 Soul Exchange (it isn't very good and I don't see a rational explination of running it. I may be wrong so if you could explain why you run it at 3 I will make a final decision)

+1 M-Con

+1 B-Con

 

BTW Foolish Burial is a Spell

okay, changes made, but i really think that 1 twister is necessary. i used soul exchange for my 8 tribute monsters which can really help get out but Lol 3 is kinda too much

And TC, why arent you running Instant Fusion in 3s? D:

Multi-leveld Fusions + Different level Tuners = A wide range of possible Synchro Summons.

Soul Exchange, Swords of Light, and Twister are also un-needed.

It needs more Giant Rats, and maybe a Gigantes or 2.

 

Oh, and Compulsory Evacuation Device > Dimension Prison

(IMO)
