Limited Edition KING
Just thought I'd try making a Synchro Gemini monster that is intended to destroy any Gemini Monsters your opponent has. Current Effect 1 Tuner monster + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it be treated as an Effect Monster with this effect: When your opponent Normal Summons a monster you can pay 1000 Life Points to negate the Summon and destroy the monster. < C&R >

Canadian
Love it. May be just a wee bit UP'ed, but I still think its just wonderful. Odd name, but great concept. 9/10. Nice work!
Limited Edition KING
Underpowered? I thought it would be Overpowered I mean a Level 8 2800 ATK monster that can stop an opponents Normal Summon. But then you'd have to Synchro Summon it then Normal Summon him to be able to use his effect and then you lose 1000 Life Points so I guess it does balance it out. Thanks for the comments just wish more people would comment on it.
Zektor
maybe change it to pay life points equal to the monsters level x200
Luna Lovegood
Not loving the pic here |: But I'm very picky when it comes to pics. It's blurry, uninteresting... Sorry, but I had to be honest. Also, it doesn't suit the name. The effect is interesting, possibly good enough to have this limited. Semi for sure. Marginally creative. I could see this in people's extra deck, just an anti-summon card. Overall, 8/10. Excellent work ;)

I don't think people are going to get this out 3 times a duel, so they'd only use 1 or 2 in the Extra Deck. There isn't a need to semi something when people don't use 3 ^^;; On the card itself; having it so readily available to so many Decks means that any Deck that doesn't pack a lot of removal in s/t form become hugely less viable since this pretty much auto-beats them. It's really OP'd in that aspect, I believe.
Limited Edition KING
Okay what if I change it so the requirements are 1 Tuner monster + 1 or more non-Tuner Gemini monster that way it can only be used in Gemini Decks. Paying 1000 Life Points to negate a Summon is a pretty big cost in itself and seeing as you have to Normal Summon it to activate its effect I think makes it balanced. But yeah If I add in those requirements nobody would run 3 in the extra deck if they ran Gemini's maybe they would but personally I'd see people run this in thier Side Deck incase they come across a Gemini Deck. RAEGING D0GKING
Paying 1000 LP is nothing to negating a Normal Summon. But since most Powerful monsters are Special Summoned I dont think its OP.9.5/
Sander
Paying 1000 LP is nothing to negating a Normal Summon. But since most Powerful monsters are Special Summoned I dont think its OP.9.5/10 You're as bad as Ragnarok is. Sure, most powerful monsters are Special Summoned, but most are overpowered and deserve to be banned. Anyways, even with the new fix, it might be kinda over the top. Geminis are getting better with their new support and all.
Limited Edition KING
Yes they are getting better that is why I decided to make a card that targets their Normal Summon.

-Griffin
@Gemini Non-Tuner;Eh, it's a level 8 and most level 4 tuners are mediocre or at least hard to swarm with. It's still probably OP'd, but it's better.
