Guest miura II
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing three FIRE monsters and removing from play 2 FIRE monsters. While this card remains face up on the field, you can take control of one Dragon-Type monster on your opponets side of the field until your End Phase. This cards ATK and DEF are the number equal to the amount of Dragon_Type monsters on the field x800.

Nitro Death
three = 3 "removing in your Graveyard from play 2 FIRE monsters." not "removing from play 2 FIRE monsters." face up = face-up (needs a "-") "This cards ATK and DEF are the number equal to the amount of Dragon_Type monsters on the field x800." = "This cards ATK and DEF are equal to the amount of Dragon-Type monsters on the field X 800 points." 8/10 =
Canadian
Border on the image. Level 10? Put the reasoning for ATK/DEF first if it's going to have "?" ATK/DEF. Not a bad effect, used with DNA Surgery of course, but same as what Table said. Summoning requirements are too high. Good effort. 6/10.
Inferno I20
pretty high summoning stats for a monster that when played has a 60% chance of having ~2400 ATK. thats only if they are playing a dragon-type deck. if you also make it where it also increases its atk for dragon monsters in the graveyard too then it would be more balanced like
Canadian
Perhaps give it some base stats too. Its just so UP'ed it's Dragon stealing effect is kinda overshadowed.
