This card cannot be Special Summoned except by having 4 or more "Toon" monsters with different names in your Graveyard. While you control a face-up "Toon World", you can pay 1000 Life Points to destroy all other cards on the field. This card cannot attack during the turn that you activated this effect. During each of your End Phases, send the top 4 cards of your Deck to the Graveyard. ST's Lore: Once per turn, during your First Main Phase, you can add 1 card from your Deck to your hand that has "Toon" included in its name or is named "Manga Ryu-Ran". If you activate this effect, you cannot declare an attack this turn. If a "Toon" monster you control would be destroyed, you can send this face-up card on your side of the field to the Graveyard to prevent its destruction and draw 1 card from your Deck.
