[spoiler=For those unable to read it as is]This card can only be activated when you have 3000 Life Points or less and control no monsters. End the current Battle Phase. As long as this card remains face-up, all of your opponent's attack position monsters have their ATK reduced by 900. Those monsters can not change their battle position or attack.
