Mr. Hyde
LoreWhen this card is Summoned, you can draw 1 card. During each Standby Phase while this card is face-up on the field, you can draw 1 card. This card cannot be declared as the target of an attack as long as you have 4 or less cards in your hand. You can Tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Bubble Dude" from your hand to your field.

SSStylin'
In terms of ATK & DEF, as well as the image, I think your card is fine. However, its draw effect rings the imbalance bell a bit, especially when coupled with its defensive effect:"This card cannot be declared as the target of an attack as long as you have 4 or less cards in your hand." I'm sure you know already, being the creator of the card and all, but both its Continuous Effects loop to help prevent the card from being destroyed. The continuous draw effect:- keeps your hand replenished- keeps its "cannot be targeted by an attack" effect active- accelerates the pace at which you obtain cards from your deck, increasing chances of finding what you need- has no drawback or cost At the same time, I also acknowledge there are boatloads of counter effects to simply and instantly wipe this card from the field, but YGO doesn't seem to like making single cards with looping effects to support themselves. That's why this card is bordering on imbalanced. Also, "Dude" has a Summoning effect that also has no drawback or cost. Altogether, these are basically the reasons why I (and probably a few other users) think this card is on the imbalanced side.
