Destroy this card during the End Phase it was summoned. While this card is face up on your side of the field you may pay 1000 Life Points to either add or subtract a Star from a non-Tuner monster on the field. When this card is used for the Synchro Summon of a Machine-Type monster, the summoned monster can attack twice during the Battle Phase, if the summoned monster attacked twice in the same Battle Phase destroy it during the End Phase.
