nice only thing is that u say this card can only be special summoned by removing form play monsters, then us ay it can only be special summoned by fusion summon, maybe instead say this card can only by Special Summoned either by removing from play blah blah blah or by Fusion Summon. but apart from that yea cant really comment on the pic cause i havent seen ur other cards 9.5/10=)

With pure honest, this card sucks.

To begin with, it's summoning conditions are WAY too hard to meet. 5 level8 machines? Who runs a deck with 5 lvl8 machines?

It's 2nd effect sucks aswell. 500 ATK for a very specific monsters. The most this card will get is... oh idk... 3k? And that's if you get lucky. Plus, most of them will be removed due to it's summoning req.

Then comes the negating. Not only does it lower ATK, but you have to discard. Huge cost for a simple negate.

The last effect not only breaks the wall of UP, but enters the zone of so useless that Level8 0 ATK none supported normal monsters have more uses then this.

I strongly (STRONGLY) Suggest you revise effect, and add another effect.

Considering you'd run this in an Alphabet Deck, which is why I created the alphabet monsters, you'd probably have enough monsters in the grave for 5-6k, and if you've been getting slaughtered, much more. I added the destroy all monsters you control for a restriction, but it seems this card needs more power. I'll fix that and update.

Okay, I honestly laughed out loud. The humor isn't that this is a bad effect [though it kind of is], it's the fact that you forgot the word "other." He destroys himself when he comes out. <_<

You just removed 5 level 8 Light machine FUSIONS from play and this guy's Strength comes from your GRAVEYARD? Come on.

20 LIGHT Machines? After removing 5 fusions from play? This is unnecessary.

 

 

"When your opponent activates a Spell or Trap Card, you can remove from play 1 LIGHT Machine-Type monster in your Graveyard and discard 1 card from your hand to negate and destroy that card."

 

The discard is unnecessary.

 

 

"As long as this card remains face-up on the field, you cannot Summon monsters."

 

As long as this card remains face-up on the field, it is terrible.

Hm... This shall be taken down until reconstruction is complete. I keep worrying about OP'dness, but It seems the Summoning conditions allow this to be godly strong.
