hmm i think u give cards stars to easy there would have to be a major difference between an 8 and 9 star, just because u add a machine type monster from your hand doesn tmean itll be strong cause u might only tribute 2 monsters so only a level 6 or lower + it cant atk the turn its summoned and the atk and def is pretty high not overly though thx for the suggestion though.

Correct OCG:

This card can be Special Summoned from your Hand or Graveyard by Tributing monsters you control whose total Levels equal 8 or more. When this card is Special Summoned, add 1 "Machine" monster from your Deck to your Hand whoes level is equal to or less than the number of monsters you Tributed for the Summon of this card x 3. Once, if you control this face-up card, you can Normal Summon 1 Level 5 or higher monster from your hand without Tribute. The Summoned monster cannot attack this turn.

 

There's really not much more to this. Rather hard to Summon, though.

 

The rather large OCG fix needed will lower your score a tad.

wow...all that was wrong wih it was ocg errors and i thionk its fair balanced in terms of summoning as you can summon it from the gravveyard, thats basically it...and its bad? k man thats ur opinion thx for the comment.

It isn't necessarily bad, it is just on my rating B, which would be about 2-4 on a usual rating scala. The OCG fix needed showed that you, sadly, haven't got a very skill with it.

 

It is also rather hard to summon, for a not too special effect.

Sir, this card is not hard to summon at all.

 

This card is actually broken because it creates an infinite loop with itself, and can repeatedly add level 3 or lower machines to your hand.

I suggest you change 8 stars to 9 stars, on it's summoning requirement.
