Making its ATK/DEF 3000 and 2500 respectively, turning him into a 10 Stars, and making the damage 500 would be perfect. I don't think you should take the destruction effect off (although it's better to keep it being activated when your dragon is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard), that's what makes this card so interesting, and there so many real broken cards for other attributes, specially Dark, why not making a monster slightly more powerful than normal for the Fire family? Elemental Hero Absolute Zero, for example, is very similar to this card - It can only be Special Summoned by Fusion Summon and has the effect of destroying your opponent's monsters, but it only requires 2 Fusion Material Monsters, and while 1 of them must have a specific attribute like this dragon, the other can belong to any of three archetypes; despite the slightly lower ATK/DEF and Level, Absolute Zero compensates it with an effect that boosts its points; and, finally, while Absolute Zero has its effect activated even if its removed from play, Burning Dragon has to be destroyed (so effects like "Cyber Eltanin"'s won't trigger this) AND sent to the Graveyard, which can be counterbalanced by adding the burn effect. So, to me, there's nothing absurd about making a card like his.

yes that right Pchi, so his card isn't broken or Op'ed, and Absolute Zero have 2 abilities that are stats boost and destroying all monster on the field when removed. so tis card is Destroy all monsters on the field when is destroy and inflict 500 damage for each monster destroyed. so this card is less flexible on how to trigger it second's effect by being destroy or remove from the field. cos remove from field apply both destroyed and remove, if you keep destroyed then it's less op'ed. the level of this card is good cos it show how experienced it is to use that ability.
