Effect: When this card is Summoned, add 1 Pearl Counter on this card. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, add 1 Pearl Counter on this card. By removing one Pearl Counter, draw one card. By removing two Pearl Counters, Special Summon one Level 4 or lower monster from your Graveyard. If this card loses all its Pearl Counters, destroy it.

I don't know if it's just me, but its ATK & DEF seem a little low for a Level 8 monster (even with the effect). The effect itself has some OCG inconsistencies; mostly in wording.

i.e:

- "If this card loses all its Pearl Counters, destroy it."

 

~ "When this card has no Pearl Counters on it, it is destroyed."

 

Otherwise, the OCG is done pretty well, much better than some cards I see in other sections.

 

The effects are simple and straightforward, nothing terribly complicated, but like ~Evergreen~ said, not terribly creative either. It is somewhat flexible, which is good, but not so broad that it's overpowered.

This card is kind of OP'ed. How about a cost to put a counter on like discarding or paying life points. Also, the pic is overused. I have seen that dragon on multiple cards. 8/10

 

Just add a cost for the counters and a new pic that everyone hasn't seen 100 times and you're good.
