Must of it is just for makeing the effect shorter.

 

Well you can only summon it by tributing Ocean Dragon Lord - Neo-Daedalus and since that monster need 2 monsters to be summoned I would say you are already controling the duel and this monster is just a tool to reduce you opponent life point to 0. :-P

 

So... it is a great card I give it 8/10

I Noted that he have a katana and the knives that ninja use...Why ?

The whole Summon Conditions were taken from Neo Daedalus OCG ^^
