No. In CC that might count as a necro bump, but in general I'll say it's when you post in a thread that is over 1 month old. However if you have good reason and it still isn't that old, I'd say between 1 to 2 months, it can be ok to bump a thread.

 

However avoiding week old threads can be a safe thing to do if you aren't sure if it's to old.

 

And on another note offical threads can be bumped at any time.

Then again, what is wrong with necrobumping? I never seem to get what's so bad about it, as long the topic is not a complete FAIL.

People hate reviving dead threads. But if the topic creator stays relaxed and continues the topic, it should be fine. But if it's a big bump (say over 3 months), and the topic creator isn't too happy about it, then the necro-bumper would get some kind of warning. Also, necrobumps are when there has not been a reply for more than 1 or 2 weeks and a member posts, that's necrobumping. I can't believe i wasted my time typing this up :/ Gawd D:
