Bad players like D-Eatos, because there is a chance to randomly beat a better player with drawing 3x Eatos.

 

Good players like D-Eatos, because it is a control deck that can randomly OTK, which is not really random, because most "good" players stack. :P

 

That's also the reason why Peter Cheng ran Jinzo Gadgets.
