No, seriously. This isn't a thread to talk about suicide, however. It's a thread to show that reality has its own extremes. The most awesome or interesting things ever are very easily countered by the most gruesome and horrific incidents in existence. Here is where you can talk about your examples. One of which, for me, would be a harlequin fetus... Wanna know what it is? Well, this being, described by my friend as 'proof there is no God' (Don't get me started on that topic), is something you should Google image... If you aren't easily disturbed or shocked, that is. I had a strange dream. I found a cool rock, then put it to my ear. Then a screeching noise came and I woke up. Then my body felt wieerd and cold, Like a ghost was inside. I was Frieken' scared.

When I was in the hospital visiting my grandma, she died. After she passed on, I felt a breeze in the room. There were no windows open. The door was closed. I think it was her soul.

That's the only heart breaking experience I had, and currently the most terrible.

 

I'm sure there'll be more.

1. friend was talking to me and he said he was about to kill himself then i got really sad then he didnt message me back, then i found out he was joking and got really mad.

2. my friend saved my life at cost of his own.

But anyway, I've had few extremes in my life, none which have driven me to the point of suicide, because that's selfish. I've lost a few friends, in gang related fights, but I realized that they only want what's best for me, being the friend that they are. So I keep them in my memories, and move on.

My friend's mom killed herself, and it completely destroyed his life. Suicide is arguablly the most selfish act in the world. It means that you value the end of your own pain over the pain you will be causing countless others. You take away the all the potential you had, and take your aid away from all of the people you could have helped.

My best friend moved about 2 weeks ago and we haven't talked since, even after we promised we'd keep in super close touch. It doesn't sound like a big deal but when you're surrounded by people that hated them, in this case a her, it's pretty depressing.

Something similar happened to my mum.

When her brother died a butterfly somehow came out of the coffin, next to the coffin, IDK. Well she doesn't know where it came from exactly, no one's paying attention to such things but there was a butterfly who appeared out of nowhere.

She thinks it's something similar to a soul.

I agree, but usually when a person is chronically depressed, suicidal, whatever, s/he won't think about it that moment.

Though it's ture, not all the suicidal people are like that, many are posers who want to drag some attention on their little self.=/

Worst (without thinking for ages): This guy who comes into where I volunteer, and keeps asking me to go with him for a drink after work....saying he likes me when he barely knows me. Last time I ended up calling my boyfriend down (I was downstairs on my own) and hopefully he dealt with him, I think my tablets made me more upset. I nearly ended up crying afterwards. The man kept following me around the shop, he hadn't been in for 3 months ish.
