Haha, pretty obvious anti-Lightsworn effect. Even if it's overpowered, it'd still be funny.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing 3 Level 5 or higher monsters in your Graveyard from play. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, if your opponent has 4 or more monsters with different names in his/her Graveyard, your opponent cannot Special Summon. Also, each time a card is sent from your opponent's Deck to his/her Graveyard by the effect of a monster your opponent controls, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the amount of cards sent to his/her Graveyard x 200. During each of your Standby Phases, pay 500 Life Points, or destroy this card.

By removed you mean removing rite?

Your right though this card would make it impossible to summon Judgement Dragon' date=' and even if you have it out it can still do some damage it's effect. Overall it's very good.

EDIT: Looking at the effect again the no special summoning thing does need a drawback.

I probably do mean removing, I always make that typo. Yes, I think I may add a cost at each End Phase.

Ok' date=' well i still think its too OP'ed, plus a lot of people out there just spent $65 for JD and now this comes, UNFAIR. Good effect, instead of his/her its their. Good card effect wise if JD didnt exist.

9/10

The point of it was to stop Judgment Dragon, haha. But it's not like this is a real card, anyways. Plus, it can be easily destroy by a Spell or Trap Card. But I understand what you mean.
