Anyone remember the combo Yata-Garasu + Don Zaloog. While Don depletes the hand, Yata makes it so they can't draw. Let us devise plans on how we would destroy or negate this combo. Any ideas?

 

This is what I've come up with.

Dragonic Knight

Necro Gardna -to stop the damn attack

Nobody played solemn back then. It was out... but nobody played it. And there was also no real way to RFP the sangan because I sisn't play the deck stupidly. There was also witch of the black forest that did essentially the same thing.

Like said above, there are tons of ways to break this combo up, such as, one of my favorites, the ban list.

And if we're playing by the Traditional banlist, they're just going to Sangan into CED into Yatagarasu and you lose. Or one of the many many FTKs there.

In traditional format at least. Could we use ghost gardna or this friend of mine

If you both had hands of 6 or more and full fields then your opponent would hate you for playing this

6 cards and full fields is pretty much impossible.

 

The ban list changes only twice or three times per year, so it's not gonna change soon.

 

Also, what sort of weird guy is going to ban that? Ha!

Taking a class on the subject and actually doing it are completely different things. Have you ever umm... babysat a small child? Because I have and I tell you that is a difficult spike between getting an A in Basic Health class and dealing with a living breathing creature you can't just put down is vastly different.

 

But whatever, continue proving how smart you are by citing old cards from 4 years ago that were already long banned, Miss 16 year old teenage pregnancy.

 

 

On-topic though: This combo is not worth talking about, since it's banned. If you have a problem with the combo, run a different FTK, since Traditional is such a coin flip anyway.

I've babysat 7 seven children at the same time. you just need experience.

I've been babysitting since I was 13 :/

 

Back on topic: A good way to ruin this combo is to use divine wrath or herald of the orange light
