Pic is a bit unclear and only reminds me a little bit of Granmarg.

It's effect makes it OP, 3400 ATK is even more then most of the Super Conducter Tyranno, who already has to much ATK.

Now I must say that I'm not a big fan of Synchro's.

MAybe try to add Granmarg as 1 of the requirements, to make it ussable in Monarch Decks?

However Majestic Star Dragon's text says: "Majestic Dragon" + "Stardust Dragon" + 1 non-Tuner monster.

 

Therefore you are probably able to say:1 Tuner monster + "Granmarg the Rock Monarch"

Or: 1 EARTH Tuner + "Granmarg the Rock Monarch"

Whichever you like since it's 9 stars.

 

Also you might want to lower the ATK(to around 2600-3000) and raise the DEF(to a minimum of 1000, 0 just doesn't seem right)

Either that or don't make it's effect overpowered ^^ ---->It needs to be weakened.

As I play a Macro Monarch deck I find it interesting that this Granmarg does not destroy face-down cards. Also, as I play Macro Monarch I would never use it as you need to discard a card to the Graveyard.

I would rather have it destroy a face-down card without applying damage calculation and/or destroying a face down card when it destroys a monster or something... too make it more Granmarg-like.

You do know therew is 7 Monarches Caius the Shadow Monarch, Granmarg the Rock Monarch, Kuraz the Light Monarch, Mobius the Frost Monarch, Raiza the Storm Monarch, Thestalos the Firestorm Monarch, Zaborg the Thunder Monarch. So if your only planning to do 6 then the monarches didn't go Synchro they ditched the Scrub. so you need to update that kid.

 

to the card. No were neer Grandmarg. There is no resemblance to it. Beside the Name and the pic, sort of, so you need to make it so it targets a face-down card like Grandmarg. And maybe have him as one of the Synchro matirial monsters. so 5/10 sorry please try again.

Basic effect. Something like Dark Armed Dragon but weaker.

card could do with been more Grandmarg-ish make it destroy face-down cards pic isn't bad but not that good either, and add Grandmarg as a synchro material and it could be good 6/10
