First, it is actually really decent for hand-drawn. you should note that next time. Second, the effect is kind of plain...Read the card Hyena. Im sure that's where you got the effect. Third, try even better, draw with your heart and not your eyes, it works almost all the time for me, that is. Fourth, you need more creativity in the effect as well as the picture if you are going to draw.

 

Let me just say if I drew the most Awesome ness cad and made it level 8 with 0 ATK and DEF and made it say "Once per turn, you can draw 1 card" That would null the picture into making it is ugly and everything" Finally, it needs a background, or make it colored, at least and shade it.

 

But still, good for first time hand drawing a picture.

 

I give an 7/10, b/c you did half-way decent with your work.

I personally think this card is OPed.. it would give you a +2 field advantage while only a -1 hand disadvantage. If this was a real card (sorry to be mean but i doubt it with that picture!) It would probably be Semi-Limited. I'd give the card Unlimited a 3/10 but as a Semi Limited i would give it 7/10 (would be 10/10 if it had a halfway decent picture, no offense)

I do realise that, but I normally like to make it clear when I'm talking about field and hand advantage. And in this case, I believe the card's effect includes both.
