pipipa
Amazing,.. and so simple, so unique. I really like it. 9/10 not sure about the last sentence of the effect OCG wise but who cares, LOVE IT. However for a monster that originally is level 1, its original ATK and DEF are really high. For a level 1 monster I'd expect 500 ATK and 300 DEF max. wero-vasto
This card's Level is equal to the number of cards in your Spell/Trap Card Zone. This card's Level is equal to the number of cards in your hand. So if you have nothing in the hand or nothing in the S/T zone the Level is 0?
pipipa
No, the effect wouldn't be active so it goes to the monster's original level.
wero-vasto
No' date=' the effect wouldn't be active so it goes to the monster's original level.[/quote'] The effect states that Limit of the Level would be the number of cards in you hand or in your S/T zone, so 0 would be valid. pipipa
So if a card had an effect that said "This cards level is equal to how many Life Points you have" that would be valid? Re-think what you're saying.
wero-vasto
The Fortune Lady Level could go higher than 12, so my point is valid.

usetheforcehan
No' date=' the effect wouldn't be active so it goes to the monster's original level.[/quote'] The effect states that Limit of the Level would be the number of cards in you hand or in your S/T zone, so 0 would be valid. Monster Level cannot and will not be allowed to be reduced to 0 in a real Duel. The minimum level for Monster Cards is always 1. The maximum level is allowed to go beyond 12 Stars (a Level 473 Monster Cards on the field (through some effect's abuse) is legit and doesn't break TCG rules). This is a original concept imo. You literary can 'tune' you Tuner level (no pun intended). But like pipipa said, 1000 ATK and DEF for a level 1 monster is too high. Lower it a bit. 8/10. ;)
