Teacher Appreciation Week.

Don't know about you, but it's my school district's Teacher Appreciation Week.

 

Basically, there's this luncheon that takes place for them, and during this week, students have a higher respect for their teachers.

 

Oddly enough, I appreciate the teachers who are good at teaching all the time, so this week makes no difference to me.

 

But for your sake, discuss Teacher Appreciation Week and how you appreciate/don't appreciate your teachers.

I hate my science teacher. AT recess the kid tripped and cut his head open on a light pole. She yelled at the kids who were helping him "ARE YOU MEDICS! NO! GET AWAY FROM HIM, HE WILL BE FINE." So one of the awesome older sisters of a classmate was there and she said "WTF is wrong with you? Do you not see he is bleeding!?" then i started to applaud. it was lulzy

An excuse to show teachers common respect? Talk about annoying... Why should 1 week make any difference? An act of seemingly random kindness is far better than one planned.

My english teacher is awesome. She can teach well, and has great humor.

 

My math teacher has good humor too, but he's a slow teacher.

 

My elective teacher is super nice.

 

The rest of my teachers are ok.

Other than that, they haven't really had any special treatment. Well, some of the class has been behaving somewhat better, but that's probably because of LA(<3) (We're doing this awesome... project... ish... type... thing... thats fun...)

I love my English 4 / Fine Arts teacher. She was sweet, respectful, funny, energetic, and just one the kindest people you could meet.

 

But, oh, make her mad? GTFO town.

I like all my teachers,

each and everyone is unique and incredibly interesting...

 

like my english teacher, who is into heavy metal. or my native american teacher, who has hair that reaches his pelvis. lol

 

except for my animation teacher >_> he's strange, acts childish, which can get pretty annoying, and mysterious (claims he has a Girlfriend which, as far as i know, nobody has seen) and extremely unfair.

For the most part, I hate my teachers. It's probably unjustified hate, so it doesn't really matter. But I never participate in TAW. Most of the people who do are just suck-ups who want a better grade. Next time you want a better grade, do some extra credit instead of sucking a teacher's dick (not literally, since I know most idiots on this forum would think of figurative statements as literal).

I believe my Social Studies teacher is excellent, she teaches us very well so we can understand the next test without being so mean, she seems to acknowledge me (probably because we're next door neighbors) I raised my grade from a B to an A- just for helping her clean the room and help her with posting grades.
